Maintenance tips
Light
Ficus Elastica likes bright light without direct sunlight. It tolerates low light conditions well, but bright indirect light will encourage optimum growth, so place it near an east/west-facing window.
Watering
Water your rubber plant moderately, leaving the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
Temperatures
Ficus elastica is a hardy plant that thrives in temperatures above 15°C.
Toxicity
Beware: the ficus is a toxic plant. Its sap is irritating to the skin.
